Alright, so I can't decide which area rug I want to put in the dining room. The walls have chair rail moulding about 1/3 of the way up the wall. I'm thinking of painting a beige color above the chair rail and a very muted blue below. The furniture is a rustic restored pine wood. Here are the choices so far. Let me know what you think...

I went with the Dappled are rug.....why? Because it's a good mixture of light and dart, making it versatile and less likely to show stains or clash with furniture. Oh, and it's pretty.
ReplyDeleteThe Dappled is very pretty. I think my favorite is the Arcadian(brown). It's dramatic--I really like it.
ReplyDeletei vote for the dappled or the arcadian brown. i love the look of dark brown with a delicate blue like that. it would set off the lighter pine furniture too.
