Alright - so we didn't really buy a zoo, but mommy said that it was a good movie so I thought that I would use it to title this post. On June 3rd Mommy and Daddy took me to the Pittsburgh Zoo. They dressed me up in my monkey outfit and and took me to see the animals.
As you can see I wasn't too excited to see the tigers. They were resting too and I wanted to save my energy for the elephants.
Don't I look so strong sitting on the railing all by myself? Just kidding - my daddy was holding me.
Mommy and Daddy showed me the elephants and giraffes.
Daddy told me silly stories about the elephants and how they perform in the circus. I hope that they take me to the circus some day soon.
Look at how little I am compared to a newborn elephant! Mommy said that even though I only made it up the the number 2 I'm still a big boy.
At the end of the day we went to see the monkeys. Most of them were sleeping and so I couldn't see them swinging in the trees. I got upset so mommy and daddy took me out of the monkey house. They promised that they would bring me back soon.
